  • CAN I RETURN MY ARTWORK?
    Yes, of course. Some of you are looking for artwork with a specific space in mind, and with an idea of palette. Regardless of your reasons for making the purchase, if you find your artwork doesn’t give the space the finish you were hoping for, you can inform me via email or the contact formula within 7 days of arrival. However, the paintings that continue to grow on you for decades after you acquire them, are the ones that grab you from the beginning, and rarely are these ‘love at first sight’ paintings considerate enough to also match your furnishings. My advice as a fellow art collector, is to buy that painting anyway. The one that you love. When everything else changes around you, your painting will be like an old friend… and in my humble opinion, that marks the true value of art, so buy with your heart :)
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    Yes! The shipping cost are calculated at checkout.
  • HOW MUCH IS THE FREIGHT FOR AN ORIGINAL?
    The shipping costs have been carefully calculated in cooperation with my shipping company and are made up of the following factors: image size, volumetric weight, packaging material, sum insured and, if needed, export documents. Everything will be calculated at checkout.
  • HOW IS AN ORIGINAL PACKAGED FOR TRANSIT?
    So good that you don't have to worry. I work with a professional shipping company and take full responsibility for the condition in which your artwork is received.
  • IS INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE FREIGHT?
    Yes, in any case!
  • WHAT DOES "READY TO HANG" OR "ROLLED" MEAN?
    "Ready to hang" means, that the painting will be shipped on the canvas. "Rolled" means, that it needs to be stretched back on canvas. There are specialty shops that do this for an affordable price. Artworks up to 80x100 cm will be shipped ready to hang, artworks above that size will be shipped rolled. If the artwork you wish to purchase is larger than 80x100 cm and you prefer it ready to hang, it must be shipped in a wooden crate, specially made to the dimensions of the piece. Please contact me via the contact form before buying and I will send you a separate info about the shipping cost. Thank you.
  • CAN I PAY FOR THE ARTWORK IN INSTALLMENTS?
    Yes, if you don't want to pay everything at once, you're welcome to contact me via the payment plan form. I offer payment plans for 2-6 months.
  • DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
    Yes, commissions are welcome. Feel free to email me on mail@lindaashoff.com to discuss.
  • WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR WORK LIVE?
    If you live or are visiting Berlin, you are welcome to come over to my studio and I will be happy to present my art to you. Just contact me via the contact form. Otherwise, I provide early information about exhibitions on my website and via social media.
