SHIPPING INFO
The artwork will be professionally packed and insured transported by my reputable freight forwarder. The shipping costs will be carefully calculated in cooperation with my shipping company and I will send you all information after your request. Paintings up to 80 x 100 cm are shipped ready to hang, all larger ones are shipped rolled. It’s safer and much more environmentally friendly. The canvas can be easily re-stretched by a framer at your location, which is also much cheaper than the transport cost for a ready-to-hang painting in larger formats. If you prefer it ready to hang, please feel free to contact me here before buying and I will send you a separate info about the shipping cost. Thank you.

After the artwork has been packed, the painting will be picked up and insured transported by my reputable freight forwarder. Since the packaging is sometimes more complex, depending on the destination (worldwide shipping) and maybe other adversities (strikes, political situation ...etc.). I cannot give any precise information on the delivery time. I can only assure you that everything will be processed quickly so that you can enjoy your new artwork on site in a timely manner. In case of loss or damage during shipping, please contact me here or via e-mail as soon as your parcel has arrived/seems to be missing.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It's very important to me that you are 100% satisfied and enjoy your new piece of abstract art. If for any reason you want to return the artwork, you can inform me via email or the contact form within 7 days of arrival. The shipping method must be same as when purchased (i.e. insured, tracked, properly packaged in its original packaging) and have to send within 7 days after informing me of the return. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired. As soon as I have received the item intact and in its original condition, I will process your return and refund purchase price of the artwork in same condition as when purchased. The cost of shipping, return and any additional costs, such as customs duties, value added tax or other additional costs, you have to bear.
PAYMENT & TAX INFO
You will receive price information after an inquiry. The prices are based on the size, the time and effort required from the beginning to the online presentation of the artwork, my practical experience and of course a dose of intuition that I trust. You're also welcome to pay in installments. I offer payment plans for 2-6 months. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes your country may charge. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
